Axle AI debuts axedit 1.1 at VidCon US 2022 in Anaheim

Anaheim, California, June 25, 2022 –(PR.com)– The creator economy is experiencing explosive growth, and industry leader axis ai, Inc. has chosen this week’s VidCon US 2022 conference (booth n° 1310) as a place to launch version 1.1 of its revolutionary collaborative editing platform axisdit. Unlike traditional video editing software, but like modern document editing tools like Google Docs, axisdit runs entirely in your browser and enables real-time collaboration between team members, clients and assistants. The system also offers one-click publishing of high-resolution videos to YouTube and Vimeo, without the need for tedious uploading and downloading of media files.

Axle’s solutions are uniquely affordable and designed for the needs of content creators, from individual publishers looking to review content with clients and collaborators, to the largest “media factory” teams.

Here is an overview of the new features of axxdit 1.1:

• You can now upload entire folders, not just individual files, by drag and drop.
• It’s much faster to preview and share because video and audio are now available through review links, even before they’re fully ready for editing.
• More compact list view, so you can see more items on the same window size
• New select box for file list.
• Password protection for review links.
• Ability to download H.264 proxy media instead of high resolution when downloading.
• Archiving projects to axisdit Tera, a new affordable cloud storage option based on Seagate’s Lyve Cloud.
• Optional on-premises gateway allows you to search and retrieve large media repositories existing on network-attached storage (NAS) devices.
• New 30-second tutorial videos (during your first login and playable anytime via the tooltip).

There is a worldwide explosion of video content. According to a report by business intelligence firm IDC, the amount of data generated globally is expected to accelerate exponentially to nearly 180 zettabytes by 2025. A growing double-digit percentage of this storage is used for host media files. Meanwhile, more than 500,000 video teams worldwide are responsible for editing, managing and publishing this content.

Axledit 1.1 offers the unique ability to edit and even render directly from material archived in the cloud. Unlike existing cloud services that only retrieve media from archives in a slow and tedious process, ESSEDIT 1.1’s Tera feature provides immediate access with no egress charges enabling unlimited, one-time access. real to HD and 4K footage as well as high resolution images and audio files recorded on axisdit Tera.

Sam Bogoch, CEO of axis ai, said, “For years, creative teams have expressed the need for a simplified and cost-effective way to store, find and edit their content. Legacy solutions for broadcasters have been expensive and complex, but axisdit 1.1 brings revolutionary browser-based editing to everyone in the creator economy.

Axledit makes it easy to export media, XML and EDL to traditional editing software. The company is currently developing a panel for Adobe’s Premiere Pro editor that will allow one-button import of media and footage into the Premiere Pro timeline; the beta testing program will begin in July and potential beta testers are encouraged to email [email protected]

In addition to its booth #1310 at VidCon, directly across from Blackmagic, axis ai will be demonstrating axedit 1.1 at the TechCrunch Summer Party in Menlo Park and at a global webinar with partners Seagate and Archiware on the 30th June – registration is done at https https://www.seagate.com/promos/lyve-cloud-digital-media-repository-webinar/
