FirstWave Provides Network Management System to Viaero Wireless

Australian software company FirstWave will provide its network management system to Viaero Wireless to provide a monitoring and alerting system for the US telecom operator’s operations.

Viaero Wireless is Nebraska’s leading wireless carrier and the largest regional service provider to rural communities in Colorado, Kansas and Wyoming.

FirstWave’s Network Management System (NMIS) will help Viaero Wireless with its network intelligence, provide system administrators and management with insight into network performance, and allow them to focus on critical business issues rather than technical issues. isolated.

Viaero Wireless chose FirstWave’s software because of its monitoring capabilities (network, IoT and servers – Linux, Windows and ESXI hosts), ability to recognize multiple alerts with a single action, multi-factor authentication and Okta identity management, and its ability to drill down into card alarms.
