GDIT President Amy Gilliland presented fourth consecutive Wash100 award by Mosaic Executive CEO Jim Garrettson

Amy gilliland, president of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), was presented to him Wash100 price 2021 Monday by Executive mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson during a recent visit to the office.

This is the fourth year in a row that Gilliland has received the most prestigious award in all public procurement (GovCon). For this year’s Wash100 victory, Gilliland received the award for her leadership as GDIT continues to drive business growth and advance IT modernization work with government clients.

Most recently, Gilliland explained GDIT’s mission to focus more on how it provides technology platforms to government clients to support their IT modernization efforts amid the expectations of federal budget constraints.

Gilliland said GDIT uses artificial intelligence, 5G, automation and other technologies and advances collaboration with entrepreneurs to develop more targeted platforms for agency clients.

“We have changed our approach to investing to not only partner with companies that have advanced capabilities and new ideas, but to focus directly on implementation, which means we have the right skills to deploy. commercial products, support and operate them in an agency environment, ”she said.
