Integrating Clevest, IFS combines an FSM solution and an industry-specific MWM solution in an on-premises or cloud deployment.
This is designed to support all types of fieldwork for utility fieldworkers, deployment vendors, and third-party contractors.
Including Clevest customers, IFS has over 570 live FSM implementations in the utility industry.
IFS devotes more than 11% of its turnover to research and development specific to the innovation of FSM products and services. Long-term strategic initiatives include a critical event management solution to manage unplanned outages, field video streaming capabilities for roll calls, safety briefings and knowledge management, and voice support for mobile app.
The IDC MarketScape identified all of IFC’s partners in the utilities sector, including Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, Deloitte, EY, Microsoft, ITLogica, TomTom, Esri and Zebra.
