Stephen Curry Relaunches “Underrated Rakuten-Powered Tower” in Summer 2021

“After high school athletes lose an entire year of exhibition opportunity, the underrated tour is needed more than ever,” Curry said when discussing the 2021 announcement. “I know what that is. it’s to be overlooked after hours of training. I want to provide these athletes with a platform to showcase their skills and give them the visibility and consideration they deserve. “

The underestimated tour stops in 2021 are as follows:

IS: Washington DC, July 31 – August 1, 2021
SOUTH: Dallas, Texas, from August 7 to 8, 2021
NORTH: Chicago, Illinois, August 13 to 14, 2021
WHERE IS: Los Angeles, California, 21st of August 22, 2021
CHAMPIONSHIP: Oakland, California, April 2022

Each leg of the tour will be a two-day event, with the first day serving as a showcase for up to 75 boys and 75 girls and the second day being by invitation only for the top 30 boys and 30 girls based on the performance of the first day. Participation will be free, with on-the-job programming and training led by Brandon payne, that of Stephen Curry Longtime field coach and NBA Skills and Performance coach. In order to provide the safest environment possible for athletes, coaches and staff, the underrated tour will adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines and spectators will not be allowed on site.

In April 2022, the top eight girls and boys from each region will be airlifted to the Bay Area for the championship, courtesy of United Airlines. The 64 finalists will compete for two coveted places at Curry Camp. Other offerings include specialist training, tailored experiences and top-notch resources such as drills, off-field training, personal skills development, expert panels, and more.
